Delete your account

You can delete your account from inside the app. You do not need to email us.

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with Delete permanently.

This permanently deletes your account, wardrobe, chat history, saved outfits and every other record tied to it. It cannot be undone.

Withdraw AI consent

Shelley uses AI providers to style outfits and answer your questions. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. Tap Privacy & Data.
3. Tap Withdraw AI consent, then confirm.

Shelley stops sending your data to AI providers. The app runs on AI, so you can then agree again, log out or delete your account.
